Scope
What exactly do you set up?
We set up five things in your Shopify store: your theme (installed and styled with your logo, colors and fonts), your product pages and collections, your payment options, your shipping settings, and basic SEO settings. Each package says exactly how many products, collections and shipping zones are included.
What is not included?
Not included unless you add it: logo or brand design (we offer a simple text logo), product photography, writing product descriptions from scratch (available as an add-on), custom code or custom apps, moving a store from another platform, ads and marketing, finding products or suppliers, running the store after launch, legal or tax advice, and approval by payment providers. Anything extra is quoted in writing before we start it.
Will my store make sales once it is set up?
We can't promise sales, and nobody honest can. A well set-up store removes technical problems, but sales depend on your products, prices and marketing. We make sure the store works: pages load, checkout works and a test order goes through.
Time and what you send
How long does it take?
Essential Launch takes 5–7 working days, Complete Launch 10–12 and Catalog Launch 15–20, counted from the day we have your first payment and everything on the checklist. Most delays come from missing product details or photos, so the checklist is short and specific.
What do I need to send you? What if I don't have a logo or photos yet?
See the checklist on the How it works page: your Shopify account, logo, product spreadsheet, photos, prices, shipping rules, policy texts and your payment-provider status. If something is missing, we start on the parts that don't need it, and the timeline starts once the missing items arrive. We don't take product photos, but we can make a simple text logo from your store name for US$49.
How do we stay in touch?
On WhatsApp, which is open 24/7, and by email at support@ecomlaunchsolution.com. You get a progress update at least every two working days, and every quote, invoice and payment instruction also comes by email.
Ownership and access
Who creates the Shopify account, and who owns the store?
You do. You create the Shopify account with your own email, so you are the store owner from day one, and Shopify bills you directly. Only the store owner can transfer a store, so nobody can take it from you through the access we use.
How will you get into my store? Do I have to share my password?
No, never. We send a collaborator request from our Shopify Partner account. You approve it in your Shopify admin and choose which areas we can access. It doesn't use one of your plan's staff accounts, and you can remove it at any time.
Can I edit the store myself after you finish?
Yes. Everything is built with Shopify's own editor and settings, not custom code, so you can change text, products, prices and images yourself. At handover you get a recorded walkthrough and written notes showing where everything is.
Costs besides our fee
What will I pay Shopify, and is it included in your price?
No, it isn't included. Your Shopify plan is paid by you, directly to Shopify. Shopify shows the price for your country on its pricing page, and new stores usually start with a free trial. We recommend the Basic plan or higher, because the Starter plan only supports a very limited online store.
Do I need to buy a paid theme?
No. Shopify has free themes, and most new stores launch on one. If you want a paid theme, you buy it yourself from the Shopify Theme Store. It is a one-time purchase, licensed to one store, and theme purchases are normally final, so preview it with your own products first.
Will I need paid apps?
Not for a basic launch. We use Shopify's built-in features and free apps where possible. If you choose a paid app, its charge appears on your Shopify bill. We list every app we install and whether it costs anything.
Do I need to buy a domain?
Your store works on a free yourstore.myshopify.com address, but your own domain looks more trustworthy. You can buy one through Shopify or another company, and we connect it for you. If you buy it elsewhere, you renew it there.
Payments in your store
Can I use Shopify Payments in my country?
Only if your business is based in a country where Shopify offers it, mainly the US, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE and Mexico. India, Nigeria and Pakistan are not on Shopify's list today. Before you pay us, we check Shopify's current list for your country.
If Shopify Payments isn't available, how will my customers pay me?
Through a payment provider that works in your country and connects to Shopify (for example Razorpay in India, or Paystack and Flutterwave in Nigeria), plus manual methods such as cash on delivery or bank transfer. You apply to the provider yourself, and approval is their decision. We connect what you're approved for and test it with a test order.
Do I need a registered business to accept payments?
It depends on the provider and your country. Most check your identity, and many ask for business registration or tax details. You complete that verification in your own name. Until you're approved, cash on delivery or bank transfer can get you started.
Can you use a US or UK address to get me Shopify Payments or Stripe?
No. Payment providers check that your business, its address and its bank account belong together, and mismatches can get payouts held or accounts closed. We set up the options your business actually qualifies for.
Can customers pay in their own currency?
Your store has one main currency. With Shopify Payments, customers can be charged in their own currency. With other providers, your store can show converted prices, but customers pay in your store's main currency. We set the currency you choose at the start, because changing it after your first order is difficult.
How do I pay Shopify's monthly bill from my country?
Shopify bills most stores in US dollars, so you need a card or account that allows international recurring payments. Some local debit cards are declined, so check this before your trial ends.
Working with us
How much do you charge?
Essential Launch is US$399, Complete Launch US$799 and Catalog Launch US$1,499. The price in your written quote is the price you pay for the agreed scope.
How do I pay you?
In US dollars by ACH or international wire (you can also send through Wise where it serves your country), in USDT or USDC on the network you prefer, or through Escrow.com where it serves your country. Payment details are only ever on the invoice we send from support@ecomlaunchsolution.com. Please use a method that is allowed where you live.
Do I pay everything upfront?
No. You pay 50% before we start and 50% after you've seen your finished store on a preview link.
I'm in Nigeria or Pakistan. How can I pay?
By USDT, USDC or an international wire in US dollars. Wise and Escrow.com don't currently serve Nigeria or Pakistan.
How does escrow work, and who pays the fee?
Escrow.com holds your payment and releases each half to us only when you approve that stage. The escrow fee is paid by you, and Escrow.com shows it before you pay.
How many revisions do I get?
Essential Launch includes 1 round, Complete Launch 2 and Catalog Launch 3. A round is one written list of changes within your package. New features or extra products are add-ons, quoted first. An extra round is US$49.
What support do I get after launch?
If something we set up stops working as described, we fix it free for 14 days (Essential), 30 days (Complete) or 45 days (Catalog) after handover. After that, our monthly care plan (US$99) or a quoted fix is available. Shopify's own support also helps with questions about the platform.
What if I'm not happy? Can I get a refund?
If we haven't started, you get a full refund. Once work has started, refunds follow the stages in our Refund Policy. After you approve the preview and the store goes live, the free-fix period applies instead of a refund.
Trust
Are you a Shopify Partner?
We have a free Shopify Partner account. It is what lets us send you a collaborator request, so you never share your password. We are not listed in Shopify's Partner Directory, we hold no Shopify badge, and Shopify does not review or endorse our work.
How do I know you're real and not a scammer?
Check the facts: our legal name and office address are in the footer and on Company facts. We only contact you from @ecomlaunchsolution.com and WhatsApp +91 96318 76584. We never ask for your Shopify password, card number, bank login or one-time codes, and we never send new payment details in an unexpected message. If anything looks wrong, see our Scam alert page.
Is it safe to pay you?
Every payment goes to EcomLaunch Solutions LLC against an invoice. You can pay through Escrow.com where it serves your country, and you always see your finished store before you pay the second half.
