What we collect when you send a brief, what we do with it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

1. Who is responsible

2. What the brief collects
The brief form asks for your work email, your name, your company or brand and website if you give them, a description of what you want made, the country you have in mind, whether you have ordered from a factory before, the size of the first order you expect, the Incoterm you have used before, any certificate your market needs, how you found us, who referred you or where we met if you choose to say, links you want us to look at, and your consent to be replied to. Nothing is collected without your typing it.
When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the messages and the details you send in them.
3. What we use it for
To reply to your brief, to run a project or a retainer if one starts, to invoice you and keep the records a business must keep, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your details, we do not send marketing email, and we do not build profiles.
4. Who else sees it
Your product specification, quantities, target prices and plans are shared with the factories we shortlist for you, on your instruction, and only as far as needed for a quote and a sample. The factory does not receive your contact details until you decide to deal with it directly. The inspector you approve receives the specification and the checklist; a laboratory of your choice receives what you send it.
If you name the person who referred you or the place we met, we keep that only to know which channel brought you. We tell the person who referred you nothing about your project unless you ask us to in writing.
We use these service providers: Framer, which hosts this website and receives the brief form submissions; and Hostinger, which provides the mailbox for the one email address we write from. Each processes data on our instructions and under its own security terms. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own terms.
5. Where it is processed
We are in the United States; our service providers process data where they operate, which may be outside your country. We choose providers with published security terms and share only what the work needs.
6. How long we keep it
Brief form submissions and the emails about them, when no project starts, are kept for 12 months from the last message and then deleted. Project records, including the terms sheet, quotes, invoices, payment receipts, inspection reports and the handover, are kept for as long as the project runs and afterwards for the period tax and company law require.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and shows no consent banner because none is needed. The Cookie Policy lists what the hosting platform itself needs to serve the pages.
8. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a use of it, by writing to support@ecomlaunchsolution.com from the address you used with us. We answer within 1 business day and act within the time the law allows. If a privacy law in your state or country gives you further rights, you exercise them the same way. Deleting brief data ends any project that depends on it.
9. Children
This website and the service are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
10. Security
Brief data and project records are kept in the accounts of the providers named above, protected by their security measures and by passwords and two-factor authentication on our side. No transfer over the internet is completely secure; tell us at once if you think a message about your project did not come from us.
11. Changes
We may change this policy by publishing a new version here with a new date. A change that affects how we use data already collected is sent to the people it affects by email.
