Sourcing for small importers and brands
One person runs your sourcing project from brief to handover: 4 factory quotes shown exactly as the factories sent them, 3 sample rounds, inspection coordinated, and every supplier introduced to you by name.
No call needed to get a price.
Written reply
Within 1 business day, in writing: fit, fee, next step.
Fixed fee
$750 per product category, fixed. No commission from any factory.
First orders
From $1,000. Under that, a written budget answer at no charge.
How the money works
Three sentences, on every sourcing page.
Published fees, no commission from any factory, and every payment traced. The rest of the site is these three sentences made specific.
EcomLaunch Solutions takes no commission, no rebate and no payment of any kind from any factory, and shows you every quote as the factory sent it.
Factory deposits and balances are sent to EcomLaunch Solutions against the factory’s own invoice and paid to the factory as soon as your transfer is confirmed. You receive the factory’s invoice and our payment receipt for every payment. Our fee is invoiced separately and is the only money we keep.
Every supplier we find is introduced to you by name. The relationship, the contacts and the contract are yours.
What we do
Five jobs, one person accountable.
Each service says what is actually done, what you receive, and what is not included.
Three countries
Where the work happens.
Most projects are run remotely, with an independent inspector at the factory before shipment. When a project needs it, EcomLaunch Solutions visits the factory in person.
How it works
Six stages, written down before you pay.
Each stage names who does it and what you have in hand when it ends.
Who it is for
A good fit, and not a fit yet.
A good fit

A first order of $1,000 or more
You want the factory relationship to be yours
You want every quote and every payment in writing
Not a fit yet
No order, only prices
Dropshipping fulfilment, parcel by parcel
Under $1,000: you get a written budget answer instead
A delivery date promised before a factory has confirmed one
Fees, published
A project, or a retainer.
A fixed project fee per product category, and a monthly retainer. Everything else is billed at cost with the receipt or paid by you directly.
Questions
Answered before you ask.
Seven questions buyers ask before the brief, answered the same way the rest of the site answers them.
I was sent by my forwarder or another importer. Does that change anything?
–
EcomLaunch Solutions pays no referral fees and receives none. Coming by referral does not change your fee. Say who sent you in the brief.
Do you take a commission from factories?
+
EcomLaunch Solutions takes no commission, no rebate and no payment of any kind from any factory, and shows you every quote as the factory sent it. The fee is earned on the work: the shortlist, the negotiation, the samples and the inspection, whatever you decide to order.
Who pays the factory?
+
Factory deposits and balances are sent to EcomLaunch Solutions against the factory's own invoice and paid to the factory as soon as your transfer is confirmed. You receive the factory's invoice and our payment receipt for every payment. Our fee is invoiced separately and is the only money we keep.
Will I get the factory’s contact details?
+
Every supplier we find is introduced to you by name. The relationship, the contacts and the contract are yours.
Why not just use Alibaba?
+
For research, samples and generic items it is often the right tool. An agent earns its fee on custom products, on a first order of $1,000 or more, and where you want one person accountable for the factory search, the negotiation and the inspection before you pay.
Can you handle certification and customs?
+
EcomLaunch Solutions is not a customs broker, a compliance certifier or a law firm. Product safety, labelling, duties and import rules stay your responsibility; we can coordinate testing and collect documents on your instruction. What we do: coordinate testing with the lab of your choice, collect the documents a factory can provide, and introduce a customs broker if you do not have one.
How long does a project take?
+
The first shortlist arrives within 10 business days of the brief being accepted and paid. Samples and production depend on the factory and the season; the lead-time ranges we see are on the How it works page with their sources. No delivery date is promised until a factory has confirmed one in writing.
