Project fee
$750 per product category: 4 factory quotes shown as sent, negotiation in writing, 3 sample rounds, one inspection at cost, the terms sheet, every contact handed over. Open for 90 days.
Retainer
$500 per month, minimum 3 months, then month to month with 30 days notice.
Minimum first order
$1,000. Under that, a written budget answer at no charge.
Refund
The project fee is refundable in full, if you cancel before the search starts; after the shortlist is delivered, the fee is earned.
How to pay
Invoices are issued in US dollars and paid in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to the wallet address printed on that invoice, and only that address.
Factory money
Factory deposits and balances are sent to EcomLaunch Solutions against the factory’s own invoice and paid to the factory as soon as your transfer is confirmed. You receive the factory’s invoice and our payment receipt for every payment. Our fee is invoiced separately and is the only money we keep.
Commission
EcomLaunch Solutions takes no commission, no rebate and no payment of any kind from any factory, and shows you every quote as the factory sent it.
The supplier
Every supplier we find is introduced to you by name. The relationship, the contacts and the contract are yours.
Coverage
Most projects are run remotely, with an independent inspector at the factory before shipment. When a project needs it, EcomLaunch Solutions visits the factory in person.
Inspections
By independent freelance inspectors engaged by EcomLaunch Solutions, at the factory before shipment, billed at cost. No inspection firm is named on this site because none is a partner.
Referrals
EcomLaunch Solutions pays no referral fees and receives none. Coming by referral does not change your fee.
Independence
No factory, marketplace, laboratory, forwarder or inspection firm pays us or is a partner.
