How it works
A project is one product category taken from your brief to a factory you can order from: the search, the vetting, the negotiation, the samples and the inspection, with every step in writing. Every supplier we find is introduced to you by name. The relationship, the contacts and the contract are yours.
First shortlist
Within 10 business days of the brief being accepted and paid.
Sample rounds
Up to 3 per project, coordinated from spec to comparison.
Every stage
Ends with something in writing. Nothing moves without your written yes.
The six stages
Who does what, and what you receive.
Each stage names the person doing it, what happens, and the thing you have in hand when it ends.
Factory deposits and balances are sent to EcomLaunch Solutions against the factory’s own invoice and paid to the factory as soon as your transfer is confirmed. You receive the factory’s invoice and our payment receipt for every payment. Our fee is invoiced separately and is the only money we keep.
A sample quote
What a factory quote sheet contains.
Every quote reaches you as the factory sent it. The sheet shows the fields; the factory fills them in, not us.

What we will not do
Eight things, in writing.
Eight lines we put in writing before any fee. Each one is backed by a clause in the Terms of Service.
Pay a factory anything you have not approved in writing.
Take a commission, rebate or payment of any kind from a factory.
Hide a supplier’s identity or keep its contact details from you.
Sign with a factory on your behalf.
Certify a product, or tell you a product is compliant.
Act as your customs broker or importer of record.
Book freight or sell forwarding.
Promise a delivery date a factory has not confirmed in writing.
What to expect
Ranges we see, with their sources.
Third-party figures for China, read on 2026-09-24. A factory’s own confirmed dates replace them the moment they are in writing.
30 to 45 days
Production lead time factories usually quote for a first order.
25 to 45 days
Sea freight from China to the United States, port to port, longer in peak season.
1 to 5 pieces
Samples, usually at a higher unit price than production.
50 to 500 units
A low-MOQ test order before scaling, when the factory agrees to one.

Send the brief. The reply is written.
Within 1 business day: whether it fits, the fee, and the plan for your product.
