Service 01
Supplier identification
Factories that already make your kind of product, checked against the vetting list before they reach your shortlist, with every quote shown as the factory sent it.
You receive
A shortlist of 4 factories, their quotes as sent and the vetting notes on each, within 10 business days of the brief being accepted and paid.
Not included
Audits of social compliance, environmental permits or forced-labour supply chains; those need a paid audit by a firm of your choice.
Service 02
Price and terms negotiation
Unit price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time and packaging agreed in writing, with the factory’s own pro-forma attached.
You receive
The agreed terms sheet and the factory’s own pro-forma invoice, in your name.
Not included
Signing anything on your behalf. The contract is between you and the factory.
Service 03
Sample coordination
Up to 3 rounds run to your spec, photographed and measured, with a written comparison before you choose.
You receive
Photos, measurements and a written comparison against your spec for every round.
Not included
Product design or engineering; we coordinate the sample you specify.
Service 04
Inspection and testing coordination
An independent freelance inspector engaged by EcomLaunch Solutions at the factory before shipment, billed at cost; lab testing arranged with the lab of your choice.
You receive
The inspection report as the inspector wrote it, with photos, and a go or hold recommendation.
Not included
Certifying a product, or telling you a product is compliant.
Service 05
Ongoing supplier relationship management
On a retainer, reorders, issues and price reviews handled month after month, with a written update every month.
You receive
A written update every month, and every document the factory issues.
Not included
Holding stock, warehousing or fulfilment.

Take a commission, rebate or payment of any kind from a factory.
Hide a supplier’s identity or keep its contact details from you.
Sign with a factory on your behalf.

Act as your customs broker or importer of record.
Book freight or sell forwarding.
Promise a delivery date a factory has not confirmed in writing.

A fixed project fee per product category, and a monthly retainer. Everything else is billed at cost with the receipt or paid by you directly. The factory-money sentences sit on each card.
