Factory deposits and balances are sent to EcomLaunch Solutions against the factory’s own invoice and paid to the factory as soon as your transfer is confirmed. You receive the factory’s invoice and our payment receipt for every payment. Our fee is invoiced separately and is the only money we keep.

How to pay
Invoices are issued in US dollars and paid in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to the wallet address printed on that invoice, and only that address. The wallet address is never shown on this site and never changes by email or WhatsApp.

Is the fee refundable?

The project fee is refundable in full, if you cancel before the search starts. After the shortlist is delivered, the fee is earned. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the full wording.
What if no factory can make it?

The shortlist is delivered as found, with a written note on why each candidate did or did not fit, and the fee is earned on that work. You keep every note and every contact.
Do you charge a percentage?

Who pays the factory deposit?
