Three sentences carry the whole model. The rest of this page makes them specific: what is checked before a factory reaches your shortlist, who pays whom, and what you have in hand when a project ends.
No commission
From any factory, ever. Every quote shown as the factory sent it.
Every payment
Against the factory’s own invoice, with our receipt returned to you.
The supplier
Introduced by name; the relationship, the contacts and the contract are yours.
Three sentences
On every sourcing page, word for word.
They are also in the Terms of Service, and the Company facts page lists every figure behind them.
EcomLaunch Solutions takes no commission, no rebate and no payment of any kind from any factory, and shows you every quote as the factory sent it.
Factory deposits and balances are sent to EcomLaunch Solutions against the factory’s own invoice and paid to the factory as soon as your transfer is confirmed. You receive the factory’s invoice and our payment receipt for every payment. Our fee is invoiced separately and is the only money we keep.
Every supplier we find is introduced to you by name. The relationship, the contacts and the contract are yours.
What vetted means
Checked before a factory reaches your shortlist.
Every candidate is asked for the same things. What a factory cannot or will not show is written in the vetting notes you receive with the shortlist.
Registration
The business registration, and the factory’s own name on it.
Factory or trading company
Whether the party quoting is the factory or a trading company. You are told which, either way.
Export history
Evidence of exporting your kind of product before, and to which markets.
Capability
Photos or video on request, the machine list, and the capacity the factory says it has for your quantity.
References
Where the factory offers them; a factory that offers none is noted, not excluded.
Inspection and written terms
Willingness to accept a third-party inspection before shipment and to put price, MOQ, payment terms and lead time in writing.
Not checked by this process
Social compliance, environmental permits and forced-labour supply-chain mapping need a paid audit by a firm of your choice. We can collect the documents a factory provides; we do not certify anything.
EcomLaunch Solutions is not a customs broker, a compliance certifier or a law firm. Product safety, labelling, duties and import rules stay your responsibility; we can coordinate testing and collect documents on your instruction.
Who pays whom
Every payment, where it goes.
Factory deposits and balances are sent to EcomLaunch Solutions against the factory's own invoice and paid to the factory as soon as your transfer is confirmed. You receive the factory's invoice and our payment receipt for every payment. Our fee is invoiced separately and is the only money we keep.
Referrals
EcomLaunch Solutions pays no referral fees and receives none. Coming by referral does not change your fee. It sits on this page because money that moves unseen between an agent and a referrer is the same trust problem as a hidden factory commission.
What you receive at the end
What you keep when the project ends.
Every supplier we find is introduced to you by name. The relationship, the contacts and the contract are yours.
The terms sheet
Price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, packaging and tooling ownership, as agreed with the factory.
The quotes as sent
Every quote sheet from every shortlisted factory, unedited.
The contact sheet
The factory’s name, address, registration details and the people you dealt with.
The sample comparison
Photos, measurements and notes for every round against your spec.
The inspection report
As the inspector wrote it, with photos.
A written handover
What was agreed, what is open, and what to watch on the next order.

Everything above, applied to your product.
Send the brief. Within 1 business day you have the fit, the fee and the next step in writing.
No call needed to get a price.
